1/4 cup splenda no calorie sweetener
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup skim milk
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 scoops whey protein

mix dry ingredients. mix wet ingredients. pour into dry and mix. add whatever flavors (berries, choc chips, etc.) bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes
