Recipe Ingredients for Protein Mac & Cheese

2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
8 ounce fage total 0%
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic salt
16 ounce Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese - 2% Milk Reduced Fat - Mild Cheddar
1/2 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
8 ounce Barilla penne plus

Recipe Directions for Protein Mac & Cheese

  1. Cook & drain pasta.

  2. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, egg and garlic salt.

  3. Fold in shredded cheeses.

  4. Place in baking dish and bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes.
