Recipe Ingredients for Protein Loaf

2.25 cup 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1.5 cup Organic Fat Free Milk
1.25 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1 cup Blueberries
3 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Protein Loaf

Pour Mixture into a Pyrex glass and Microwave for 14 minutes or until mixture is spongy but solid. Let cool for five minutes. This will make three to four servings. You can save the leftovers in the fridge and eat them cold or heat it back up in the microwave. It's also good with sugar free maple syrup on top. Get creative. You can sub other fruits and add more cinnamon for taste.
