Protein bars that you can enjoy! :) These have more protein in them than the Quaker Granola Bars and are twice the size for the same amount of calories. Add 1/4 cup honey if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Granola Bars

200 g rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup raisins
4 small bananas
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
120 g Natural Unflavored Protein Powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Protein Granola Bars

  1. Combine the oats, protein powder, flax, and salt. Add the Raisins, Sunflower Seeds, and Chocolate Chips.

  2. Combine the peanut butter, bananas, and vanilla. Add the dry to the wet and stir to combine.

  3. Pour the oat mixture into a baking pan (I used a 9x13). Bake at 350* for 16-20 minutes, or until firm. Let cool and cut into bars.
