Recipe Ingredients for Protein & Fiber Super Nut Bars

75 grams 1% buttermilk
40 grams chia seeds
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
100 grams almond flour
10 grams coconut oil
35 grams cacao beans, crushed
55 grams almond butter
25 grams flax seed, milled
4 grams xylitol
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Protein & Fiber Super Nut Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. Spray 8 cups of a muffin tray with cooking spray, or lay in paper cups.

  4. Scoop dough with a spoon, then roll into balls.

  5. Press each ball into the cupcake cup to fill out the bottom.

  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until edges are just browned.

  7. Cool for 2 minutes, then turn out of pan.
