If you need protein and like salad, try this. I know I will ;P

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Dressing

52 1/2 g Soy Protein Isolate
1 1/2 cups Water
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8 teaspoon Garlic
1/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Oregano

Recipe Directions for Protein Dressing

Add water first, then (6 Tablespoons Soy Protein Isolate), and then the seasonings in your blender, and move up through the blender modes from low to high. This should take about 1 minute. Use a rubber spatula as needed to push extra soy protein isolate down the sides of the blender. Pour over salad. Can also be used as a thinned down soup base, or probably for other things.
