Light crepes that can be filled with savory or sweet toppings.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Crepes

1/3 cup whole wheat flour, sifted
1/2 scoop whey protein
1 pinch of salt
1/4 cup skim milk
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tablespoons water

Recipe Directions for Protein Crepes

  1. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, protein powder and salt.

  2. In a small bowl, combine milk, egg white and vanilla extract.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix well. Add water to thin out batter, and mix until smooth.

  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a non-stick frying pan and cook over medium-high heat.
