Recipe Ingredients for Protein creapes'

1/2 cup raw oatmeal
1 cup cottage cheese, low fat
6 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 cinnamon to taste

Recipe Directions for Protein creapes'

  1. Blend oatmeal in blender to flour

  2. Add egg whites and blend till fluffy

  3. Add cottage cheese, vanilla, and cinnamon and blend again until smooth.

  4. Let sit a few minutes to thicken. Prepare non stick skillet. Pour desired amount into skillet to make a thin creape'
