3 cups oatmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup dark chocolate chips
3 tbs flax seed
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup cranberries
1/4 cup prunes
1/3 cup soy milk
2 scoops whey protein powder
9 oz applesauce

mix wet to dry then combine and bake at 375 for 12-15min
