2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.75 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 serving All The Whey Protein Powder
8 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
0.5 cup Better'n Eggs
0.75 tbsp Xanthan Gum

Recipe Directions for Protein Cinnamon Buns

Put together ingredients for dough. Roll out thin. Spread innards mixture on. Roll up. Cut stray pieces. Bake at 380 for approx 10-15 min until browned on top. Cut each log into bites.
