High protein, no sugar muffins (can eat about 3 mini muffins per serving)

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Chocolate Mini Muffins

0.75 cup Oat Bran
1/4 cup Almond Meal/Flour
2 serving MRM Whey Protein Vanilla
3 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.66 cup AllWhites
8 oz Unsweetened Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Protein Chocolate Mini Muffins

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in small bowl. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into 2 mini muffin tins (12 mini muffins per tin). Bake in 350 degree F oven for 25-30 min.
