30 grams Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate
5 1/2 oz Water
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 serving American Isolate Protein PB

  1. Mix dry ingredients, (blend oatmeal to make fine poweder), protein, bakjng soda, salt, coca0

  2. Mis wet ingredients, egg whites, splenda, berry flavored baby food, water.

  3. Add wet to dry ingredients together.
