Recipe Ingredients for Protein Chia Pancakes

4 egg whites
31 grams oat bran
12 grams flax
1 small banana
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup blackberries

Recipe Directions for Protein Chia Pancakes

  1. Combine egg whites, oat bran (which is 1/3 cup btw), Chia (or flax - 1 T), 1/2 banana, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender.

  2. Let it sits until thickened.

  3. Heat skillet, pour pancake batter unto hot skillet by 1/4 cup-fulls. Flip.

  4. Top with remaining banana, blackberries, and Maple Syrup! :)
