A great high protein, low carb, low fat bedtime drink. Relaxing and tasty.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Chai Tea

1 serving Beverly UMP Vanilla Protein
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Powder
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup tea

Recipe Directions for Protein Chai Tea

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large coffee mug.

  2. (Use chai tea if you want an even stronger chai tea flavor. The cinnamon and pumpkin spice alone will lend a great taste to this drink)

  3. Heat in the microwave on high for 1 - 2 min, stirring intermittently to ensure protein dissolved.

  4. Allow to cool slightly before consuming.
