1/2 cup pumpkin butter 1/4 Cup Egg Whites 1/8 Tsp Salt 1/8 Tsp Baking Powder 1 Tbsp Natural Plain Cocoa 1 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder 1 Tbsp Vanilla 2 Tbsp. Wheat germ 3 Packets Stevia 2 Tsp Cinnamon

Recipe Ingredients for protein cake

8 tbsp Pumpkin Butter
4 tbsp Egg Whites
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Baking Cocoa
1 1/2 level scoops ARIA Women's Protein
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
2 tbsp Wheat Germ
3 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for protein cake

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 F

  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.

  3. Spray glass pie plate with Non-Stick Spray and place ingredients evenly in pie plate.

  4. Bake at 425 F for 27 minutes (check on this often. All ovens are different. Check to see if cake is done by poking the middle of the cake with a fork. If the fork comes out clean, it is done!).

  5. Remove cake when done and carefully place it on a cooling rack.

  6. Enjoy cake when completely cooled.

  7. I enjoy mine after being refrigerated for a couple hours.
