Recipe Ingredients for Protein Brownies

45 g Brown Rice Protein
25 g whey powder
170 g Black Eyed Peas, Organic
3 eggs
16 g cocoa powder
75 g Fromage Frais
37 g pitted dates
20 g walnuts
1 pinch of baking powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

Recipe Directions for Protein Brownies

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and blend.

  2. Pre-heat oven to 150 degrees.

  3. Put baking tray into oven for 5 mins, take out and add mixture.

  4. Bake for about 15 mins (do stick test).
