a healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth. If you want a little more sweetness, add some brown sugar (1 to 2 TBS)

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Blast chocolate peanut butter cookies

12 tsp In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1.5 cup Black Beans, Organic
64 4/5 grams Peanut Butter
1 serving Pure Maple Syrup
21 3/5 grams Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
53 3/5 grams Old Fashioned Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for Protein Blast chocolate peanut butter cookies

  1. Mix all in food processor until mixture is pretty much smooth

  2. Pour into bowl, gradually ADD:

  3. 2/3 to a cup Rolled Oats

  4. (I like to pulse my oats in my coffee grinder to make ?oat flour? but you can add the whole oats or use quick oats if you prefer them ?crushed?)

  5. Scoop into inch ?balls? and place on parchment or wax paper on cookie sheet. Lightly press down. Cookies do not require cooking so they will not change shape. Place in freezer to let set for 20 minutes. Store in fridge.

  6. One cookie: 35 calories, loaded with protein, and very little sugar (all from natural means)
