A healthy protein bar alternative

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bites

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1/8 cup Canola Oil
1/8 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
4 scoops Advant Edge Soy Protein
1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Coconut Unsweetened
1/4 cup (not packed) Raisins
1/4 cup Water
1 1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Oats

Recipe Directions for Protein Bites

  1. In a medium bowl mash the banana.

  2. Add oil, applesauce, and peanut butter and stir with a fork until well combined.

  3. Mix in coconut, oats, protein powder, raisins, and water.

  4. Roll into 25 golfball sized balls.

  5. Freeze on a cookie sheet until firm.

  6. Store in the freezer.
