Makes 1 serving



Filling smoothie that tastes great but has very little sugar. I use vanilla Interactive Absolute Isolate protein powder as it doesn't contain artificial sweeteners.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Berry Smoothie

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop (30g) whey protein powder
2 tsp flax oil
1/2 cup orange juice

Blend and add water as necessary to loosen mixture.
