These protein bars taste like cookie dough! yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars (That taste like cookie dough!)

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
6 scoops protein powder
1/4 cup milled flaxseed
1/4 cup wheat bran
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup soy milk

Recipe Directions for Protein Bars (That taste like cookie dough!)

  1. Measure honey and peanut butter into a glass bowl. Heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir together until smooth.

  2. In a large bowl, combine protein powder, flaxseed, wheatbran and oatmeal.

  3. Add the honey mixture, and soy milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined. (It may be a little clumpy).

  4. Pat mixture into a 9"x9" pan. Divide into 9 even pieces. Wrap in saran wrap and store in fridge.
