Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars

2 cups Quick oats
4 scoop Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Chocolate
1/3 cup Nature's Promise Peanut Butter
3 egg whites
2 medium bananas
1 tbsp Honey
4 oz Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt
1/4 cup Water
45 g Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Protein Bars

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

  2. Grind the oats in a food processor until the oats form a flour. Combine the flour and protein powder in a seperate bowl.

  3. Mash the bananas in the processor to create a fine pulp.

  4. Add the peanut butter, eggs, honey, yogurt,, water and any desired flavor.

  5. Mix wet and dry until you form a batter.

  6. Pour into a parchment lined baking dish.

  7. Bake15 - 20 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.
