Healthy protein bars, really high in protein

Recipe Ingredients for Protein bars

1 g oats
1 cup dried apricots
1 dried figs
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 tbsp honey
31 g protein powder
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup peanut butter
1 eggs

Recipe Directions for Protein bars

  1. 1) Puree the apricots and the figs

  2. 2) Mix the oats, cranberries, honey, and puree of figs and apricots, this well become the middle laver

  3. 3) Mix together the protein powder, coco powder, peanut butter and eggs, this should be the bottom laver

  4. 4) Puree the raspberries and honey, this well become the top leaver then place the wheat germ on the top

  5. 5) Bake for about 20-30 min at 350Oc
