A good way to boost protein intake!

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars

300 g raw banana
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 large egg whites
1/4 cup milk
200 g oatmeal
1/3 cup splenda
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
4 scoop whey protein powder

Recipe Directions for Protein Bars

Mix and bake at 300 F for 20-30 minutes (toothpick test)
