High protein, low cal protein bars

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars

1 1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup applesauce
2 1/2 scoops whey protein powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Protein Bars

Grind half of oats into flour. Mix all ingredients, bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Should be firm when done. I used chocolate protein powder.
