Current version needs more sweetener. 1/4 c. sugar = 3 tsp stevia = 6 packets

Recipe Ingredients for protein bars

1 c. soy protein powder (16 T.)
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. oats
1/2 c. oat bran
1/2 T. cinnamon
3/4 T. salt
1 scoop stevia (3 tsp)
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt stony no fat
2 T. vanilla
2 T. flax seed
2 T. wheat bran
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for protein bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix wet ingredients.

  3. Mix the two together by hand.

  4. Place in 13 x 9 baking dish.

  5. Bake 325 for 15 minutes.

  6. Cut into pieces and place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes more.
