These won't keep longer than about a week, but react well to being dried in a standard food dryer. Then they store longer.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars

128 g (1 cup) soy protein powder
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup dried apricots
12 3/10 oz (1 package) soft silken tofu
1/2 cup apple cider
2 large eggs, beaten
2/3 cup natural peanut butter
