Trying it... it looks ok but will probably add flour/oats next batch

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars

4 scoops
2 tbs Vanilla
2 oz Cream Cheese, Fat Free
1/4 cup
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
2 Egg Whites
3 1/5 oz
1/2 cup Splenda Granular
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Protein Bars

Ok so the protein powder I use is 408 cals (not 480) and it has no sugar, 8g carbs, and 8g fiber total so the nutritional value is off. Plus I used unsweetened applesauce and it doesn't show here... so it's close but not quite. Mix everything together until smooth and bake at 325 for 35-40 mins. It doesn't rise well bc there is no flour. I'll update this with the taste shortly! lol!
