Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars - Meal replacement

3 1/2 cups quick oats
1 1/2 cups powdered milk
4 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup sugar free syrup
2 egg whites, beaten
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup applesauce

Recipe Directions for Protein Bars - Meal replacement

  1. Mix dry ingredients, then wet, then combine.

  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  3. Bake in 9x13 pan until edges are brown.

  4. Store in airtight container or freeze.
