Recipe Directions for protein bars, homemade

mix together first 6 ingredients, and blend together in a food processor. (grinding the almonds in a coffee grinder is easiest - don't do it too long, though - just until its the consistancy of flour.) Heat coconut oil over the stove and add stevia and vanilla extract. Mix with the first set of ingredients, and place in a wax paper-lined glass pan. If adding chocolate to the top, melt the chocolate and drizzel over the mixture. Refrigerate for one hour. cut into 24 bars and eat!
