Homemade Proteinbar with an Oatmeal Base serves 7

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars-Homemade

1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
5 scoop 100% Whey Gold Standard
2 tbsp Regular Creamy
1 serving Peanuts Dry Roasted
2 large Egg, White
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 medium (3") Apples

Recipe Directions for Protein Bars-Homemade

  1. Get a bowl and blender ready

  2. Add Dry ingredients in bowl including peanut butter

  3. Mix well

  4. Blend the half apple and banna and eggs together

  5. Slowly add to Bowl mixture

  6. Mix well and store in freezer for 2hours

  7. cut into 7 pieces and enjoy
