Protein bars with a mix of dried fruits

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars - Harvest Fruits

15 oz garbanzo beans
1/2 banana
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
150 g Mus-L Blast
1/3 cup dried apples
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup Dried Cherries
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Protein Bars - Harvest Fruits

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a rectangular baking pan.

  2. Rinse and drain beans. Puree with food processor or potato masher.

  3. Add banana (also pureed), peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon. Mix well. Add oats and protein powder. Mix again. Add dried fruits. Mix some more.

  4. Spread mixture in pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
