Protein bars with dried cranberries and strawberries.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars - Berry Cobbler

1/2 banana
15 oz white kidney beans
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
150 g Mus-L Blast
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup dried strawberries

Recipe Directions for Protein Bars - Berry Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a rectangular baking pan.

  2. Rinse and drain beans. Puree with food processor or potato masher.

  3. Add banana (also pureed), peanut butter, honey, and spices. Mix well. Add oats and protein powder. Mix again. Add dried fruits. Mix some more.

  4. Spread mixture in pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
