Protein Bars - Almond Honey - 2.21.12. Lots of fiber

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bars - Almond Honey - 2.21.12

1/2 cups Oatmeal
1/4 cup Oat Bran
1/4 cups Whole Psyllium Husk
1/4 cup Non-Fat Dry Milk
5 tbs Almond Butter
1 cup Egg Whites
2 tbs Honey

Recipe Directions for Protein Bars - Almond Honey - 2.21.12

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix together all dry ingredients

  3. Mix up almond butter, egg whites and honey in a food processor

  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients

  5. Spread mixture into a greased baking dish

  6. 350 for 20 to 25 minutes until fork comes out clean

  7. Let it cool before cutting it up
