8 tbsp Regular Creamy
5 scoops Perfect Zero Carb Isopure Cookies `N Cream Flavor
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Protein Bar Recipe

Combine the oats and whey in a large mixing bowl and give it a quick stir. You can put the peanut butter in the microwave for a short time to melt it and make it easier to mix. Add the peanut butter to the other dry ingredients and mix together. Add the water until you achieve a desired sticky batter consistency. Use a non stick spray to coat the bottom of a glass pyrex cake dish or a squared metal cake pan. Use a large spoon or a spatula to spread the mix evenly throughout the bottom of the cake dish or pan. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to harden the mixture. Once solid, you can cut them up into 8 individual bars.
