Recipe Ingredients for Protein bar

1 cup Quaker quick oats
1 serving Liberte plain greek yogourt
4 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
3 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Protein bar

Roast the oats, almonds and flax seeds in the oven until brown (about 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees). Mix everything together. Cook until the edges are brown, about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
