Makes 1 serving



cement peanut butter protein bar, good for pre/post workouts.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein bar

2 tsp honey
2 tsp corn syrup
1 1/4 tblsp organic creamy peanut butter
32 g soy protein isolate
1 tblsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tblsp water

Recipe Directions for Protein bar

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl.

  2. Add just enough water so the bar doesn't fall apart.

  3. Place "dough" onto wax paper and form into bar shape (or whatever shape you like lol).

  4. Place in freezer to firm up for at least 2 hours (I left mine in for 6).

  5. Store in fridge.
