Recipe Ingredients for Protein bar

1/3 cup Oats, uncooked
1 tbsp Jif Creamy Peanut Butter

Recipe Directions for Protein bar

  1. Throw oats into food processor and blend blend blend.

  2. Measure out the peanut butter and whey protein and dump into a bowl with the oats

  3. mix it with 2.25 tsp of water

  4. put on tinfoil, wrap it, and then crush it as hard as you can to get it to stick together.

  5. Eat!
