Recipe Ingredients for protein bar

7 Apple Apples
2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1/2 cup Apricots Organic
1/2 cup Jumbo Flame Seedless Raisins
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 fl oz Orange Juice
2 large Egg, White
3 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched

Recipe Directions for protein bar

  1. Preheat oven to 325F. Grease a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray then set it aside

  2. stir together oats, protein powder and other ingrediants. batter should be thick and sticky

  3. pour batter into tray until golden brown (usually about 15-20mins)

  4. cut them into bars and seal them in an air tight container
