Cheap, easy, no carbs. Still working the water proportion. Add a sweetener if you prefer, but it's not really needed.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein bar

1 serving Impact Zero Carbo NeoNutri
0.91 scoop Complete Albumen Power
1 serving Dr Oetker Unsweetened Gelatin
2 2/5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Protein bar

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients;

  2. Heat the water, don't let it boil;

  3. Add the dry ingredients, mix;

  4. Pour on a pan;

  5. Let it cool on a fridge for 1 hour;

  6. Cut.
