Different flavors of protein powders and yogurt work well also. Raisins can be replaced by chocolate chips and honey by double the amount of brown sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bar Receipe (Mary's)

2 1/2 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups rolled oats
50 g oat bran (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Protein Bar Receipe (Mary's)

Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Bake on a greased 9x13 pan for 12 to 15 minutes at 170C depending on how dark you like them. Cut while cooling into squares of your desired size (4x6 squares). Supposedly good toasted for breakfast.
