These have a good texture. Next time - 3 bananas, 1 more egg, and try a little protein powder. They were slightly dry - how can I add a little moisture?

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Bar 3.3.12 - Banana Honey

2 cups Oatmeal
1/2 cup Whole Psyllium Husk
1/2 cup Bran Buds
1 1/2 cup Non-Fat Dry Milk
1 banana
2 tbs Honey
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for Protein Bar 3.3.12 - Banana Honey

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Mix up dry ingredients in a big bowl.

  3. Put the banana, honey, eggs in a food processor and grind up until smooth.

  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together.

  5. Pat out flat in a greased baking dish.

  6. Cook for 15 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
