Recipe Ingredients for Protein Balls

1 1/2 cup Walnuts
1 dash sea salt
8 Dates
1/3 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tsp Water
1 tbsp Splenda

Recipe Directions for Protein Balls

  1. Place walnuts and salt in a Food Processor and process until finely ground.

  2. Add the dates, cocoa powder, and 1 tsp vanilla and process until the mixture sticks together.

  3. Add water and process briefly.

  4. Transfer onto a plate and form into a 5 inch round cake. Decorate with fresh raspberries.

  5. It will keep for 4 days in the refrigerator or for 2 weeks in the freezer. Enjoy!
