makes 9- 1/2 cup portions, great with 1/2 cup sf, ff yogurt and a few berries on top

Recipe Ingredients for protein 5 grain cereal power breakfast

2 cups oatmeal
4 1/2 cups water
3 scoops protein powder

Recipe Directions for protein 5 grain cereal power breakfast

  1. add water and protein powder to sauce pan, whisk out any lumps

  2. add hot cereal ( i use PC 5-grain hot cereal)

  3. Cook until desired consistancy

  4. enjoy with alittle yogurt and a few berries
