Recipe Ingredients for Prosciutto with Pears

100 g prosciutto
2 dessert pears, small, ripe
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
115 grams cottage cheese
1 freshly ground black pepper
10 g lettuce, oak-leaf, for garnish ( approx. one leaf per serve)

Recipe Directions for Prosciutto with Pears

Peel, halve and core the pears. Cut each half into slices and brush them with a little vinegar. Beat the cottage cheese and mix in the remaining vinegar. Arrange the ham, pears and cheese on the plates. Add pepper to taste and garnish with lettuce.
