1 1/2 cups wheat bran
3/4 cup fiber one cereal
2/3 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
5 egg whites
3 tbsp. I can't believe it's not butter spray
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup lowfat buttermilk
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix wet ingredient. Mix dry Ingredients. Mix together. Drop in paper lined and greased baking cups. Bake at 300 degrees until done.
