Profiteroles with Crème Chantilly and chocolate ganache

Recipe Ingredients for Profiteroles

125 ml milk
200 ml water
150 g flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3 large eggs
100 g unsalted butter

Recipe Directions for Profiteroles

  1. Bring milk, water, salt and sugar to a boil.

  2. Stir in butter.

  3. Once the butter is melted, incorporate all the flour, and stir vigorously until it makes a ball.

  4. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time.

  5. Put the paste in a pastry pouch, and form 30-40 balls.

  6. 400F 18-20 minutes.

  7. Fill with Crème Chantilly and coat with chocolate ganache.
