Drink lots of water at regular intervals throughout the day and try this yoga sequence every morning:
1)Drink 1 large glass of warm water.
2) Do Vajrasana( thunderbolt pose) for 5-10 mins
3) do Malasana at least for 5 mins
this work wonders!
you can google on how to do this poses, they are simple.
