I used CalorieCount four years ago to lose over 20 pounds, now I'm back trying to lose those same 20 lbs that crept back on slowly but surely. This time they mostly went to my belly...so not good. I don't expect the stomach to ever be flat again, but it's gotta get to a point that's much better! My skinny jeans are waiting...hopefully they'll still be in style by that time.
I'm going to eat more fruits and veggies and won't eat the darn donuts and pastries. They're just killers.
I'm working with weights at the gym, using the elliptical and treadmill, and also what I did last time: xboxing...playing volleyball, ping pong, and boxing (I can burn off 400/cal/hr doing that if I work hard while boxing!).
