I have been married going on 50 yrs. Have a fantastic hubby and family. I'm a Mom, Grandma and now Great Grandma.
I love to exercise and lead a class of Seniors that are very active,and adgile. They can walk faster and further than most young people and we love to show off our routines. Most of us rides bikes, walk miles a day and some ride motorcycles.
I had a heart attack 6 yrs ago and decided it was time to "Geturdone" so I'd love to lose about 35 ponds.
Lost 50 pounds but then put 25 back on. Well everyone knows the yo-yo diets that you lose and then you gain. Soooo I need to learn how to control the amount of calories I eat. OK here I am and ready to "Geturdone"!
