Recipe Ingredients for pro bars

106 g oats
9 g wheat flakes
30 g dried apricots
30 g raisins
30 g dates
90 ml maple syrup
30 ml water
35 g mixed nuts
130 g crunchy peanut butter

Recipe Directions for pro bars

  1. Directions:

  2. In a medium sized pot, combine maple syrup, water and peanut butter and heat on stove on medium heat until runny.

  3. Add other ingredients and still until well combined.

  4. Line a 99 (or any pan on hand and maybe make 2 batches if you have to) with plastic wrap or coat with non-stick spray.

  5. Press in ingredients evenly.

  6. Cool in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.

  7. Slice, wrap in foil eat and be happy
